ANCIENT GEOMANCY<\/h3>
  • Geomancy is a method of divination whose etymological root originates from the Arabic \u2018ilm ar-raml (the science of the sand), Carrying several mythological associations rooted in ancient mysticism this divinatory system is based upon the making and interpreting of markings in the sand, land and ether as a form of inquiry, indication and interpretation. In a way, it is a silent language through which the universe communicates with the awakened wise one.<\/h5><\/li>
  • Inspired by this ancient art, Sabine Mirlesse pursued this subject with a history of revelatory objects and reimagined their forms and application.   • Going by the evidences still available on land, it is safe to say that the ancient geomancy was practiced hugely through the form of landscaping mystical symbols and forms over large areas.
